USPS shipping is unreliable due to lack of airline flights available to carry packages.
We will ship UPS and FedEx ground until this situation corrects itself.

Please note that orders of less than $75.00 of product shipping to West Coast States (shown in Brown) should be shipped using 3 Day Select to ensure a timely delivery.
Ground shipping to Brown States may take longer than the 4 days shown on the map below.
Unfortunately we cannot replace or issue a refund for your order due to the prolonged transit time if you choose ground shipments to these states.

We use UPS and FedEx for all of our daily shipping. Please note that items cannot be shipped to arrive on a Sunday, and all delivery days refer to business days, Monday through Friday. Simply Scrumptous ships Monday through Friday. Please note: Although delivery estimates have been extremely reliable to date, we cannot guarantee the performance of the other carriers during this Covid-19 situation. During the holidays, you may want to place your order earlier than usual, to ensure timely delivery. We do not refund shipping money in cases of an incorrect address including apt or suite number, address or zip code. We do not refund money on hospital deliveries. If you ship to a hospital or hotel/resort, it is at your own risk. Most of our delivery problems involve hospitals and hotel/resorts with the recipient not receiving the gift before they leave the hospital or hotel/resort, therefore we cannot refund the money for the gift & shipment. When placing your order, it is imperative that you provide a correct and complete shipping address for your recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages that are returned or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender (i.e. address, apt. number, suite, or zip code). Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a problem with any of the products included in your package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we may resolve any concerns that you may have. We will work with you to take care of the problem immediately.
