If you have not already filled out your gift message, than please check below "Show gift options during checkout" to include a message with your gift card. If you are mailing gifts to multiple addresses, please purchase your gifts and complete your order and then e-mail us at info@simplyscrumptous.com your list of names & addresses for each gift selected.
