Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx.
Some packages require a signature. Other may be left at the front door. When we attempt delivery, the customer has the responsibility to make sure the package is accepted. We can not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package or if you do not specify to leave the package without a signature.
* Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. * If your order arrives late due to a Shipping Company (UPS or FedEX) delay, you will be credited for shipping charges. * Orders sent by USPS are not guaranteed for a specific delivery date. * Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. *Orders sent to a college, hospital, hotel or large office complex are the responsibility of the mailroom to complete the delivery of the gift. * Orders may arrive sooner than the requested "Arrive By Date." * Orders may arrive later than the requested "Arrive By Date", if proper shipping method is not selected (i.e. 2nd day UPS, overnight, etc.) * Food items and perishables cannot be returned. |

We can not give refunds or credits on orders that have shipment delays due to bad weather and other Acts of God. |
| What is the cut off time for your order to be shipped? |
| |
In most cases, individual orders placed by no later than 11:00 AM (CST), Monday-Friday for delivery to locations in the midwest of the United States will be shipped out the same day. Our products are shipped from Illinois. Any order placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders to the West Coast, East Coast and Southern States including, but not limited to, California, Texas, Wyoming, Nevada, Hawaii and Florida, which are placed after 1 PM (CST) on Wednesday, unless a priority service is specified, will be shipped the following Monday. Orders to these states placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise specified. The cut off time refers to the day your package will be shipped, not delivered. In order for our products to arrive to you or your recipient fresh, orders placed on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday need to be sent via 2 day or overnight priority service. If you do not select one of these services, we will ship the order on the following Monday. |

A shipping date range can be specified for products to arrive during a particular week or estimated date. Within the guidelines of our shipper, we will attempt to ship products to arrive when you request them to be.
A variety of shipping options are available, overnight delivery, Saturday delivery, 2-business day delivery or our standard 2-5 business day delivery. We use USPS postal service and other carriers for all of our daily shipping. Please note that items cannot be shipped to arrive on a Sunday, and all delivery days refer to business days, Monday through Friday. Simply Scrumptous ships Monday through Friday.
Please note: Although delivery estimates have
been extremely reliable to date, we cannot guarantee the performance of
the US Postal Service or other carriers. During the holidays, you may
want to place your order earlier than usual, to ensure timely
delivery. If you require your package to arrive on a specific date
(excluding holidays and Sundays), please select the correct shipping
option during checkout. We
do not refund shipping money in cases of bad weather and an incorrect
address. We do not refund money on hospital deliveries. If you ship to
a hospital it is at your own risk. Most of our delivery problems
involve hospitals not getting gifts to a patient before they leave the
hospital. We do not refund money for shipments to APO/FPO addresses it
is at your own risk.
Important: When placing
your order, it is imperative that you provide a correct and complete
shipping address for your recipient. We cannot be responsible for
packages that are returned or misdelivered due to incorrect or
incomplete address information provided by the sender.
Return Policy:
Customer
satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a problem with any
of the products included in your package, please notify us within seven days of delivery so we may resolve any concerns that you
may have. We will work with you to take care of the problem
immediately, whether that entails refund or replacement.

We ship to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately we can not ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes or other countries at this time.
Orders sent to an incomplete or incorrect address are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply to send forward the package to the correct address. |
